Sea side land for the camp, near Pakoštan (Croatia - Dalmatia). - 235 € / m2

We sell sea side plot of land in size of 8.124 m2, defined as T3 (land for camping). The land rises gently from the coast towards the interior, allowing sea views from any coner of the land. Access is possible from two ways, on one side from the existing neighboring camp, or from the main road Zadar, Sibenik, which is situated only 500 meters. Next to the plot of land (on the road) there are already lodged electricity cable and water plumbing.
There is already made a proposal/solution for the camp, which has all the elements of the independent camp, such as parking, reception area, restaurant and toilets. The current conceptual basis may be (if you desire) changed until June 2011, when a conceptual design will be approved. Built facilities (such as bungalows), may comprise up to 30% of the total land area.
Advantages of the land:
- possible immediate start-up (in season 2011),
- possible implementation FKK camp
- great location - first line of the sea and good accessibility - transparency
- camps near are sold out
- the possibility of expanding the camp in the interior
- orderly ownership
The design of the camp may also be different from current ideas. One variant is to establish a living containers (about 60) and rent them for the entire season (seasonal charter), weekly or daily. Another idea is letting smaller equipped plots of land (app. 100m2 - 150m2 per plot) for car trailers, also for the entire season or in combination (50% tenants and 50% other campers).
